Chicken Casserole

1 or 2 6-ounce cans solid-pack chicken, flaked
1 can condensed chicken soup
1 can bean sprouts
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
few drops lemon juice
3 hard-cooked eggs
2 cups [plus 1/2 cup] crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup potato chips. [No baking instructions given, but probably baked at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until heated through.]
